Ari is unlike most recruiters you'll interact with. He's patient and will listen carefully to what your goals and aspirations are. I appreciated that he never applied pressure to take a job offer and never used scare tactics to push me towards something I wasn't interested in. Ari is more of a career counselor than a recruiter.
