Our team is led by Ari Diaz. Ari has served as a legal recruiter and consultant to Big Law attorneys and firms since 2014. He began his career as a Big Law associate himself, working at White & Case LLP’s New York City and Washington, DC offices. He spent the majority of that time as a transactional associate, but his early years were spent as a litigator — including a two-year federal judicial clerkship. After his time at a firm, Ari worked for several years as in-house counsel for a multinational company headquartered in Spain.

Ari received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and his law degree from Cornell Law School.
