Plateral is led by Ari Diaz, who has advised BigLaw attorneys and firms on lateral moves since 2014.  

Ari has seen the legal market from inside a major firm, from the bench, and from the client side. After a two-year federal judicial clerkship, Ari joined White & Case LLP as an associate in New York and Washington D.C., where his practice spanned both litigation and transactional work. He later served as in-house counsel for a multinational company headquartered in Spain.

He holds a degree from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
