Led by a former BigLaw attorney, Plateral helps associates and partners make informed, strategic moves. We work with a select group of attorneys considering lateral transitions in BigLaw. We do not operate as a volume-driven recruiting platform.

Most of our candidates come to us through word of mouth, and it is uncommon for attorneys we place to re-enter the lateral market in the near term. We take pride in that. It reflects the time, care, and thoroughness we bring to each search. Our goal is to help attorneys make moves that are durable and well-considered.
